My mission is to offer unrivaled speaking, training and coaching services.
Professionally, TK has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years, specializing in Community Relations and Fund Development. She has served as an executive leader for some of the top premiere non-profits in Miami such as, United Way, Baptist Health, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Most recently, TK started her own consulting company, TKO Consulting LLC, providing speaking, coaching, and consulting services.
TK earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and her master’s in leadership at Nova Southeastern University and continued her education, as a Certified Broadcast Journalist. Since obtaining her Broadcast Journalist degree, TK served as an On-Air Host of BECON TV’s sports talk show “On the Record”, where she covered all Broward County high school sports, and reported on the latest entertainment news in professional sports. TK also served as an Entertainment Reporter and reported on local entertainment news, celebrity gossip, social events, and an array of music festivals, such as Jazz in the Gardens, Jazz in the Heights, and the Overtown Music Festival.
TK has been a professional dancer for both the NFL and NBA and has been known and respected as a professional choreographer for over 20 years. Through all her accomplishments and achievements, modestly, TK wants to be known for her positive spirit and kind heart. So much so, TK aspires to become an internationally known motivational speaker to help others learn how to live a positive and purposeful life. Her most recent accomplishment was becoming Amazon’s #1 Best-Selling Author and writing her first book, Plan the Life You Want, to help people achieve their goals. She is also a Producer, Director and Co-star in her very own podcast and talk show called, Talk Miami. TK has plans to open her very own Performing Arts Center for at-risk youth, teaching them the importance of dance, music, drama, and art. She loves to inspire others and is known as a positive, energetic, and loving person with a “larger than life” personality.
Personally, TK was born and raised in Miami, FL. She’s married to the Major of the Miami-Dade Police Department and is a proud mom of two beautiful adult children and stepmom to two handsome boys. Her favorite book is The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale and her favorite quote is “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken” by Oscar Wilde.
